Multi-Health Systems publishes the EQ-i 2.0 model and defines Emotional Intelligence as a set of Emotional & Social skills that influences the way we:

The EQ-i 2.0 model comprises five distinct aspects of emotional and social functioning. These are broken down into a total of 15 subscales.


ASSESSMENTS
The EQi 2.0 assessments are completed online and take approximately 20 minutes. Your results will be held in the strictest confidence and your report will be made available only to you and your coach. Following the completion of your assessment, you will be invited to schedule your debrief sessions. These sessions are conducted by phone, video chat or in-person and just like your results will be completely confidential.

Individual Workplace Report
This report focuses on the impact of emotional intelligence at work and offers suggestions for working with colleagues, supervisors, and clients in a variety of coaching, development and work settings. For recruiting, this report is useful when using scores to guide the selection of follow-up interview questions, and in identifying potential training and development needs.
Individual Workplace EQ 360 Report
This report is used to gain insight into an individual’s EQ 360 results, with in-depth analysis specific to a workplace context, enabling career and organizational development.
Leadership Report
This report examines EQ-i 2.0 results through four key dimensions of leadership: authenticity, coaching, insight, and innovation. The leadership report also contains insights on organizational implications of your results, as well as strategies for leadership development.
Leadership 360 Report
This report offers the single, most comprehensive view of an individual’s EI results through four key dimensions of leadership. Adding to the features of the Workplace EQ360 Report, this report also helps you view your client’s scores through a leadership lens, as well as help you understand how others see your client as a leader.
Group Report
This report combines the scores of individuals in a manner that will allow for interpretations to be made at the group or team level. An overview of group results is presented to identify group strengths as well as the areas where the group as a whole is still in need of improvement. The organizational implications of a group’s emotional intelligence score are presented and strategies for action are recommended to further develop the group’s potential.
